We provide beautiful designs for the top photography themes in the market. Our designs work right out of the box, each hand crafted to look and feel modern to make your brand stand out.
We've taken boring old template designs and made them fresh, modern, and responsive using some of the best photography themes on the market. Showit and ProPhoto are two of the most well known Photography themes on the internet today.
We provide easy, ready made designs for each theme geared for photographers and videographers like yourself that are easily customizable, fully responsive, and beautiful to see and use.
You’ll need hosting, a domain, and WordPress installed to get started with ProPhoto. Once you have purchased ProPhoto, you can come back here and purchase a ready made design to get started!
ProPhoto is a one time only fee of $199. You can save $10.00 off by using the code LALUNE at checkout when you go to the ProPhoto website to purchase the theme.
If you’re not new to ProPhoto choose the upgrade option when logging into your ProPhoto account on their website. It’s only $89 to upgrade to the latest version of ProPhoto.
Absolutely. Our ProPhoto designs require the WordPress ProPhoto theme to work. Neither work without the other.
Not only do we offer support for our designs, through our own support site, but ProPhoto has an excellent support staff to answer all your questions or get help with the theme. They also have a grand tutorial site with everything you need to learn to get started here.
If you still want even MORE help there’s a dedicated fan support group on facebook you can be a part of as well!
You don’t need to purchase some expensive image editing software to use any of our designs. Some of our ProPhoto designs have some design elements in them (mainly the social media icons) that use an image editing program like Sketch or Adobe Photoshop but image editing programs are NEVER required to use our designs.
Nope! ProPhoto uses a drag and drop builder using the WordPress widget system and a great front end builder, you won’t need to become a programmer to use ProPhoto.
Updates are free for the version of ProPhoto you’re on. New versions (7, 8, 9, etc) cost a minimal upgrade fee of $89. You can view changelogs for ProPhoto here.
Absolutely! If you have a ProPhoto 6 design, and you upgrade to 7, 8, 9, etc when those release, you’ll be able to import your La Lune ProPhoto design right into the next version.
We get this one a lot. There are actually two different types of WordPress installs. The first one is through WordPress.com. They use their own services to offer WordPress hosting. WordPress.org is the DIY version of WordPress. WordPress.org allows you to download the WordPress software and install it yourself to your own host.
The ProPhoto theme doesn’t support WordPress.com and is a self hosted WordPress theme only. Meaning WordPress, the ProPhoto theme and one of our designs needs to be installed via your own hosting through someone like Dreamhost, Bluehost or similar hosting service.
The good part of all this is hosts today have a quick option to install WordPress to your new host super easily, usually with just a couple of clicks of the mouse and about 5 minutes of your time, no need to install WordPress manually! Contact your host if you need help installing WordPress or you can hire us to do it for you!
Unfortunately no, ProPhoto 6 is an all new theme, and the ProPhoto team just couldn’t make it work for older versions of ProPhoto, so designs won’t work when you try to import them into P6. If you purchase a P6 design, any new version of ProPhoto (7, 8, 9 etc) when it releases will be able to import designs from P6 and up and be fully backwards compatible.
You’ll need a Showit subscription to start with and a domain through a host like Godaddy, Google, or other domain hosting company.
Showit has 3 subscription plans available to choose from, from beginner at $19/mo (billed yearly) to more advanced options that include a WordPress option for the blog portion of the design. All of our Showit designs include a WordPress blog design to match the website so if you go with the middle tier, which is what we recommend, then a Site+Blog is probably best. That option is $24/mo (billed yearly).
We recommend the $24/mo a plan to get the best out of your subscription plan. This plan includes a WordPress blog option so you can have a site and a blog together.
Showit has an awesome support knowledge base which you can see here. They also have a community of support on Facebook where Showit users (called Showiteers) get together and talk shop, help with designs and more! Trust me, you’ll want to be a part of the Showit community when you start your new design!
Absolutely not! Showit doesn’t require you to become a programmer or know any code to use it, simply customize, drag and drop, and party hard over your brand new live site!
No need to purchase or use expensive photo editing programs to use Showit. Everything you’ll need is built right into the app! None of our Showit designs require Photoshop or any photo editing program.
Showit updates it’s app regularly at no cost to you. Because Showit is subscription based, there are no upgrade fees between versions or paid upgrades.
Absolutely! To use one of our Showit designs a Showit subscription is required. You can have any subscription to use one of our Showit designs.
The biggest question we get is "Which one should I pick?". Each one has something to offer the ideal brand that's fit just for you.
Your very first step should be to choose one of the two theme platforms first, then purchase one of our designs for the theme you choose.
You have everything you need to get started with the new you! it's time to sit back, grab some champagne and launch your new website.
