We provide beautiful designs for the top photography themes in the market. Our designs work right out of the box, each hand crafted to look and feel modern to make your brand stand out.
We've taken boring old template designs and made them fresh, modern, and responsive using some of the best photography themes on the market. Showit and ProPhoto are two of the most well known Photography themes on the internet today.
We provide easy, ready made designs for each theme geared for photographers and videographers like yourself that are easily customizable, fully responsive, and beautiful to see and use.
You’ll need hosting, a domain, and WordPress installed to get started with ProPhoto.
ProPhoto is a one time fee of $249. You can save $10.00 off by using the code LALUNE at checkout when you go to the ProPhoto website to purchase the theme.
Absolutely! Our ProPhoto designs are templates to the ProPhoto theme, so the latest version of ProPhoto is required to use them.
No, none of our designs will ever require you to use an external image editing program like Photoshop or Sketch.
Not at all! You do not have to learn or know a single line of code to use ProPhoto.
ProPhoto releases updates for free for the life of the current version you’re on. New features, bug fixes, and more release monthly for free.
If you’re wanting to upgrade to a newer version, they provide a discounted upgrade fee of $119 to upgrade. See here.
There are actually two different types of WordPress installs. The first one is through WordPress.com. They use their own services to offer WordPress hosting.
The ProPhoto theme DOES NOT support WordPress.com and is a self hosted WordPress theme only. Meaning, you’ll need to have your own host through someone like Flywheel or Dreamhost for ProPhoto to work. Hosts today have modern, simple ways of installing WordPress, usually in just a couple of clicks.
Absolutely! If you have a ProPhoto 6 design, and you upgrade to 7, 8, 9, etc when those release, you’ll be able to import your La Lune ProPhoto design right into the next version.
ProPhoto 7 is backwards compatible with 6, so you can import over your P6 design into 7.*
ProPhoto 7 does not support importing older designs from ProPhoto 3, 4 or 5.
*ProPhoto 6 is required to have been installed and the design you want to import activated to be able to import it to 7.
You’ll need a Showit subscription to start with and a domain through a host like Godaddy, Google, or other domain hosting company.
Showit has 3 subscription plans available to choose from, from beginner at $19/mo (billed yearly) to more advanced options that include a WordPress option for the blog portion of the design. All of our Showit designs include a WordPress blog design to match the website so if you go with the middle tier, which is what we recommend, then a Site+Blog is probably best. That option is $24/mo (billed yearly).
We recommend the $24/mo a plan to get the best out of your subscription plan. This plan includes a WordPress blog option so you can have a site and a blog together.
Showit has an awesome support knowledge base which you can see here. They also have a community of support on Facebook where Showit users (called Showiteers) get together and talk shop, help with designs and more! Trust me, you’ll want to be a part of the Showit community when you start your new design!
No, Showit doesn’t require you to learn code to use their theme.
None of our designs require an external image editing program like Photoshop or Sketch.
Showit updates it’s app at no cost to you. Because Showit is subscription based, there are no upgrade fees between versions or paid upgrades.
Absolutely! To use one of our Showit designs, a Showit subscription is required. You can choose any one of their subscription plans with our designs.
The biggest question we get is "Which one should I pick?". Each one has something to offer the ideal brand that's fit just for you.
Your very first step should be to choose one of the two theme platforms first, then purchase one of our designs for the theme you choose.
