Design Process


We'll do a consultation via Slack and discuss your needs and come up with a package that fits you best. Once we have those down, we'll get you on our schedule and send you all the information you'll need to get started.


On our start date, we'll do all the work and get your site ready for our first revision. On the second day we'll schedule our screen sharing session and go over any changes that need to be made. Depending on what package you choose, depends on how many days we have revisions for.


We'll make the final revision, wrap up any small changes that need to be made and launch your site with your approval! Then it's time to sit back and pop a bottle of bubbly!

Yes, our Plus package is our custom design package. We take an existing template design and customize it to give you a custom template so you have something unique to your business. What we don’t offer is custom branding, so we don’t offer logo or branding services. If you book the plus collection you’ll still be providing us with your branding elements like our advanced collection.


None of our services include a design.


Absolutely, we can break it down into one, two, or three easy payments for you. The first payment is due upon booking. If you want to pay over time vs all at once we do add a small fee to the overall cost to cover the extra transaction fees and work.


Absolutely! We won’t lock you out of any of your own content, you’re responsible for keeping your website/blog updated on a regular basis after your new site goes live. Once your site is done, if you still want any small changes or maintenance done you can schedule further down the road and we’ll be happy to work on your site again!


Depending on which collection you choose to book, depends on how long it’ll take. In each collection we give you a week to get us everything we need, then we start on your site, and get the work done. For our Advanced services it’s only 72 hours. For our Plus services, because those are custom designs they take a little longer, so we usually plan for 5-6 days from start to finish.


When you book one of our advanced or plus collections you’ll sign a contract which states our policy on schedules and keeping on time. If you’re unable to stay on schedule, we do charge a fee to be able to continue work on your site depending on circumstances. Having a fee not only keeps clients to a schedule and release on time, but it also ensures that we stay on schedule for other clients as well.


We accept debit and credit cards both domestic and international payments through Paypal. No Paypal account is required to pay for our services. We also accept payment plans and partial payments upon request.


Our Advanced and Plus service collections require a contract to work with us. If we’re doing any other work, usually by the hour or consultations, a contract is not required to sign.


We offer screen sharing sessions for those wanting to learn more about how to do something specific in the software with either ProPhoto or Showit. We can also advise you on how to setup or change something or if you just want to talk to someone in person for support this service is great for you!


Our consultations provide high level feedback of your website, with an hour long screen sharing video session, we’ll give you invaluable feedback on your logo, brand, website, and some things we can advise you to change or do better in. Consultations are charged by the hour.
