Refund Policies

Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

CHARGEBACKS

You agree to contact us first and make a good-faith effort to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. If a chargeback is attempted, you forfeit all access to any bonuses, affiliate incentives, or digital products received. We reserve the right to provide proof of your purchase and access to your bank or credit card issuer during any investigation.

Recurring payments (Subscriptions)

By purchasing a subscription or payment plan, you authorize La Lune® Creative LLC to retain and use your payment details through our third-party processor until your plan is completed.
